30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return or exchange period starting from the date your order is delivered. You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and provide a solution.
Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday), as stated in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

Items that are damaged, broken, or lost due to customer misuse or handling are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
